About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team in BD3. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about providing high-quality childcare and education, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and records to track progress.
- Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrate confidence during Ofsted inspections.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an Early Years setting.
- Proven Key Person experience.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety procedures.
- Experience of supporting settings through Ofsted visits is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
