Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team in BD3. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about providing high-quality childcare and education, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a commitment to supporting children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and records to track progress.
  • Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrate confidence during Ofsted inspections.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an Early Years setting.
  • Proven Key Person experience.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety procedures.
  • Experience of supporting settings through Ofsted visits is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
