Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity this September? We are currently seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and development while working alongside a passionate and experienced teaching team.
The Role
- Support pupils within the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence
- Support children's social, emotional, and academic development
- Monitor progress and provide feedback where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting
- Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Have a positive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
