Veritas Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing supply team, supporting a range of welcoming nurseries across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an important role in supporting children aged 0-5 years, helping to create safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where every child can learn, develop, and thrive in line with the EYFS framework.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or an equivalent qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A flexible attitude and genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and outdoor play
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
- Work collaboratively with nursery teams to provide high-quality care and education
