The predicted salary is between 20000 - 24000 £ per year.

Location: Hillingdon

Contract Type: Full-Time (Term-time only)

Salary: £100 - £120 per day

Are you passionate about making a real difference in young lives? Do you have the patience, resilience, and dedication to support students with social, emotional, or behavioural needs?

The role:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with behavioural or emotional needs
  • Implement strategies to de-escalate challenging situations
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals
  • Support pupils in developing social skills and emotional regulation

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational or care setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • A background in sport, youth work, or SEN support (desirable)

Each candidate will be subject to a DBS and police check where required. A successful candidate will also provide at least two references from their previous employer/s.
