We\’re hiring a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You\’ll play a key role in helping young people thrive through a therapeutic and nurturing approach. As a Behaviour Support Assistant you\’ll connect with students, earn their trust, and guide them toward academic success through positive behaviour management and mentorship.\”

What You\’ll Need:

A degree-level qualification

Passion for supporting young people

Strong behaviour management skills

Experience in schools or youth settings (preferred but not essential)

Strong understanding of safeguarding in schools (KCSIE 2025) (training can be provided on this)

Understanding of SEMH and/or special educational needs

Prepared to apply for a DBS Check/ Provide Good/Satisfactory References
