Are you a passionate Art & Design Teacher seeking your next rewarding role in a supportive Wakefield secondary school? Veritas Education are working closely with a number of schools across the Wakefield area who are looking for creative, dedicated, and inspiring practitioners to join their teams.
We are recruiting skilled Art & Design Teachers who can deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will support students in developing their creative skills, exploring different mediums, and building confidence in their artistic abilities. Strong classroom management and the ability to nurture a positive learning environment are essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience delivering Art, Textiles, or Design to secondary-aged pupils
- A genuine passion for creative education
- The ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with DfE standards
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
