Veritas Education are currently supporting a welcoming primary school in the Rossendale area in the search for a dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join them from September 2026. This is a part-time teaching position working Monday to Thursday mornings only, making it an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking a better work-life balance or a flexible teaching role within Upper KS2.
The school are looking for someone who:
- Has experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 6
- Can deliver engaging and structured lessons
- Has strong classroom and behaviour management
- Works well as part of a supportive staff team
- Is confident supporting pupils ahead of SATs preparation
The role would suit both experienced teachers and strong ECTs with relevant KS2 placement experience.
