We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Autism Support Assistants, working within a primary school setting to support children with autism and additional learning needs.
As an Autism Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help children with autism access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in the school environment. Your role will involve:
- Providing one-to-one or small-group support
- Helping children understand routines, transitions, and classroom expectations
