Temporary School Receptionists – Bradford, West YorkshireVia Veritas Education

Veritas Education is currently seeking professional and reliable School Receptionists to work on a temporary, full-time basis in schools across Bradford, West Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and a passion for working in an educational environment.

?? Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pmTerm time only

?? Key Requirements:

  • Full-time availability during term time
  • Previous experience in a school reception or admin role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using school systems and handling front-of-house duties
  • Professional, friendly, and able to work in a busy environment
  • DBS on the Update Service preferred for immediate start

?? Typical Duties:

  • Welcoming visitors, staff, and pupils at reception
  • Answering calls and managing enquiries
  • Supporting with attendance and pupil records
  • General administrative support to school staff
  • Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards
