Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual looking to work in a vibrant school environment? Veritas Education is currently seeking experienced School Office Staff to join our network of primary and secondary schools across Leeds on a temporary full-time basis.

The Role:

As a vital member of the school office team, you'll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. Your day-to-day duties may include:

  • Welcoming visitors and answering phone/email enquiries

  • Managing attendance and pupil records

  • Supporting staff with administrative tasks

  • Handling confidential data in line with safeguarding policies

  • Using school systems such as SIMS or Arbor (experience desirable)

  • Previous experience in a school or educational office setting

  • Strong IT and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to multitask

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
