Starting September 2025, we are seeking a Teaching Assistant to provide support for Year 1 pupils in the morning and offer general teaching assistant support in the afternoon. In the morning, you will assist the class teacher with supporting the Year 1 students' learning needs, helping with individual and small group tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the classroom. In the afternoon, you will assist with a range of general teaching duties, providing support to other classes and contributing to individual learning.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with primary school-aged children, in a classroom setting.
  • Good understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and the needs of early learners.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
