Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with autism during lessons and activities.
- Assist with academic and personal development, supporting students to reach their full potential.
- Implement behaviour management strategies, using de-escalation techniques to create a calm learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student.
- Adapt learning materials and tasks to meet students' individual needs.
- Monitor and report on progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.
