We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school in St Albans. The successful candidate will predominantly cover across KS3 & KS4 Science, ensuring high standards of behaviour, engagement and continuity of learning in the classroom.

The Role
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and learning activities, primarily in Science for KS3 and KS4.
- Supervise classes in the absence of teachers, maintaining excellent behaviour for learning.

- Provide timely feedback to subject teachers on pupil progress and behaviour.
- Contribute to the positive and inclusive culture of the school.

- Has experience working in an SEN or SEMH school.
- Is confident supervising Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
