We are recruiting an SEN Sixth Form Teacher for a specialist school supporting students with PMLD and physical disabilities. Learners are post-16 in age but working developmentally at around Year 2 level, following highly personalised programmes.

The role includes:

  • Delivering structured, sensory-aware lessons focused on communication, life skills and independence
  • Supporting pupils with complex needs in a calm, nurturing environment
  • Working closely with TAs, therapists and the wider SEN team

We're looking for:

  • A qualified or experienced SEN teacher
  • Experience with PMLD, complex needs or physical disabilities
  • A patient, flexible and compassionate approach
  • Confidence working significantly below age-related expectations
