We are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive specialist school in the South West London area from September .

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a genuine impact on the lives of pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs.

Support students both in and out of the classroom to help them access learning.

Build positive relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and independence.

Assist with implementing individual learning and behaviour plans.

Support pupils with communication, social, emotional, and sensory needs.

Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.

Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
