We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Fleetwood this September. This is a varied role where you will provide both 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs, as well as working within small group settings, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 tailored support for pupils with SEN
  • Support small groups of children with additional learning needs
  • Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering differentiated activities
  • Help manage behaviour and promote positive engagement
  • Adapt resources to meet individual learning requirements
  • Support pupils' emotional, social, and academic development
