Veritas Education are currently recruiting dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across the Kirklees area. We partner with a wide range of schools who require skilled support staff to help raise attainment, improve pupil engagement and contribute to a positive learning environment. What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils in KS3 & KS4 within the classroom, small groups, or 1:1
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
- Helping to create an inclusive environment where all pupils can succeed
- Working with SEND pupils, supporting their individual learning plans
- Contributing to safeguarding and the well-being of young people in line with DfE and school policies
