We are currently working in partnership with secondary schools in Preston, Lytham and Blackpool who are actively recruiting for a qualified Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management. The role may also require you to work on a 1:1 basis with the pupils, so you must be open to a challenge. There is scope for this to become a temp to permanent role.
