We're currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology graduates to join our partner schools as SEN Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting and build a strong foundation for a future career in education, clinical psychology, or child development.

Psychology Graduate Roles:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language)
  • Working one-to-one and in small groups under the guidance of the SENCO and classroom teacher
  • Helping implement individual learning plans (EHCPs)
  • Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
  • Promoting inclusion and a positive learning environment

Psychology Graduate Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology (or related field)
  • Genuine interest in child development, mental health, or education
  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive
  • Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
  • Aspiring Educational Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers encouraged to apply
