Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Harrogate
Hours: Full-time (Temporary to Permanent) or Part-time (Flexible to fit your schedule)
School Hours: 08:30am - 15:30pm
Pay: £85-£100 per day (Dependent on experience)

Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with students or within small groups, providing essential support in the class. Your role will involve implementing effective behaviour management strategies, assisting with academic tasks, and promoting social and emotional development.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable.
- Training in Complex Needs, High Level ASD, Down Syndrome, or related areas is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Team Teach and physical intervention training is desirable.
- Ability to effectively support verbal and non-verbal ASD learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with additional needs.
