About the Roles
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated:
- EYFS Teaching Assistants
- SEN Teaching Assistants
- Primary Teachers (EYFS-KS2) to work across a range of primary schools in Pontefract and nearby areas.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Assisting with classroom activities, small-group work and 1:1 support
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Working closely with class teachers and school staff
- Supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs (SEN roles)
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning (Teacher roles)
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a primary school or childcare setting
- A genuine passion for supporting children's education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach
- Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA, EYFS qualification, QTS for teachers) - desirable but not always essential
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
