One-to-One Support Worker – Immediate Start – Croydon Daily Rate: £100-£120 | Full-Time | ASAP Start
Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a real difference in young lives?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate One-to-One Support Worker to join a welcoming and inclusive educational setting in Croydon. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a young person with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), helping them to thrive in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored, one-to-one support to a young person with ASD and/or ADHD

Implement strategies to encourage engagement, independence, and personal development

Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure consistent support

Monitor progress and adapt approaches as needed to meet evolving needs
Essential Experience:

Proven experience in a dedicated one-to-one support role – this is a must

A strong understanding of the challenges and strengths associated with ASD and ADHD

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with young people
