One-to-One Support Worker – Immediate Start – Croydon Daily Rate: £100-£120 | Full-Time | ASAP Start

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a real difference in young lives?

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate One-to-One Support Worker to join a welcoming and inclusive educational setting in Croydon. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a young person with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), helping them to thrive in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored, one-to-one support to a young person with ASD and/or ADHD

  • Implement strategies to encourage engagement, independence, and personal development

  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure consistent support

  • Monitor progress and adapt approaches as needed to meet evolving needs

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated one-to-one support role – this is a must

  • A strong understanding of the challenges and strengths associated with ASD and ADHD

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with young people

Location: CroydonStart Date: ASAPPay: £100-£120 per day (depending on experience)
