The Role
- Working within a Year 3 classroom, you will support teaching and learning across a variety of settings.
- The school operates a flexible team-based model, meaning no two days are the same.
- You will be expected to work:
- Supporting the whole class alongside the class teacher
- Delivering small group interventions
- Providing targeted one-to-one support where required
- Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
