Specialist Teaching Assistant roles in Special Needs Schools, supporting various additional needs such as Autism, Down Syndrome, Aspergers, and SEMH/Behavioural needs.
Pay: £90 - £110 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. Full and Part-time positions available, including Day to Day cover and Long-term roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Using your initiative throughout the day for continuous problem-solving scenarios, such as supporting a child in crisis or needing assistance in their lessons.
- Being flexible and diverse within the role, working alongside a variety of pupils with differing special educational needs.
- Creating a positive, engaging, and safe working environment for all pupils.
- Having a passion for working with young people and providing them with a positive educational experience.
