About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs, including SEMH, autism, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Assist the teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
- Promote a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Support EHCP targets and individual learning plans
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Passion for supporting young people
