A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Havering is seeking a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in their career. You will support teaching and learning across the school, deliver planned interventions, and occasionally cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

Key Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Deliver small group interventions and targeted support
- Provide classroom cover where required
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and senior leaders
- Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
- Essential: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA
- HLTA qualification or equivalent classroom experience
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- Desirable: Experience leading interventions or covering classes
- Knowledge of SEN support or intervention strategies
