Veritas Education is working with a well-established secondary school in Hampton who are seeking a confident, supportive and motivated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience within education, youth work, coaching or a related field.
- Supporting students across KS3 & KS4 in a range of subjects
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils stay engaged and make progress
- Building positive relationships with young people and acting as a reliable role model
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support learning and wellbeing
- Support the set up and running of a new literacy programme
What the School Is Looking For
- Someone confident, patient and proactive with young people
- Interest in education, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring or similar
- Previous experience with young people is beneficial but not essential
