About the Role: We are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to support students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
  • Support implementation of behaviour support plans
  • Build positive relationships with students
  • Promote emotional wellbeing and engagement

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with SEMH or behaviour support
  • Confident in managing challenging situations
