Veritas Education is working with a well-established private nursery that is currently seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant to join their dedicated and nurturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic early years professional who is passionate about supporting the development and well-being of young children.
About the Role:
As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will:
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children aged 0-5
- Support the planning and delivery of creative and engaging EYFS-based activities
- Work closely with other staff to monitor children's progress and maintain records
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assist with key person responsibilities, including observations and assessments
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)
- Has experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Is warm, reliable, and passionate about supporting young children's development
