Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping children thrive? Our specialist education recruitment agency is expanding its primary support team across Wakefield and South Leeds, and we're looking for confident, committed HLTAs ready to make a real difference in the classroom.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, delivering pre‑planned lessons in the teacher's absence
  • Providing targeted intervention support in literacy, numeracy and SEND
  • Supporting behaviour, engagement and positive routines
  • Working closely with class teachers and senior leaders to raise attainment
  • Bringing energy, initiative and creativity to every school day

What We're Looking For

  • HLTA qualification or substantial TA experience with the confidence to lead whole‑class learning
  • Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
  • Adaptability to work across different year groups and school settings
