Veritas Education are working in partnership with a secondary school in the Keighley area to recruit a dedicated and passionate Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality RE lessons and fostering thoughtful discussion, inclusion, and respect within the classroom.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured RE lessons across Key Stages (dependent on experience)
- Plan, prepare and assess in line with the national curriculum
- Maintain high expectations for pupil behaviour, engagement and achievement
- Contribute positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching RE within a secondary school setting
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
