We are working with a wonderful, friendly and very welcoming primary school in Lancaster who are seeking a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team one day a week, every Tuesday, until July 2026 (end of the academic year).

The role:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across the school
  • Working with a range of year groups from Reception through to Year 6
  • Providing high-quality classroom support and leading learning in the teacher's absence
  • A varied role where no two weeks will be the same

This opportunity is ideal for:

  • A qualified teacher returning to the classroom
  • An ECT looking to gain valuable experience across multiple year groups
  • An experienced HLTA seeking a consistent, part-time role
