Overview
A SEN support mentor will work alongside teaching assistants, class teachers, leadership and external support staff in creating a safe, structured, interactive and fun learning environment. The role involves working with children who have a range of learning needs, such as Autism, Asperger's, Down Syndrome and other learning disabilities, and supporting their social development, behavioural needs and, at times, medical/physical requirements.

- Help create a safe, structured, interactive and engaging learning environment in collaboration with teaching staff and external support.
- Support learners across different age groups and adapt your support style to the class you are working with.
