On behalf of our client, a vibrant and well established secondary school based in Hampton, we are currently recruiting a TA to join the SEN team in September. You will join a large and supportive department. The role will be assisting SEN students in various subjects and working closely with small groups.
As a teaching assistant you will be:
- dedicated to helping students achieve their attainment levels
- encouraging students to engage proactively with their learning
- responsible for helping to provide a safe environment for students to learn
You will assist the teacher in the students' learning and development as well as with behaviour management, consistently promoting positive behaviour. This role is a great opportunity to gain school experience before applying for teacher training. This is something that the school can offer, for the right candidate.
