The Role: Permanent vacancies across both special needs schools and mainstream SEN provisions. Roles across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Post 16 age groups. Supporting children with varying learning needs such as Autism, Asperger's, Down Syndrome and other learning/social requirements. Working on a 1:1 with specific children, helping them access their individualised education. Supporting children in crisis and demonstrating appropriate behaviour management for those learners displaying challenging behaviour.
The Ideal Applicant:
- Graduates! If you have just finished your degree and are looking for your first full time role within the education sector, either within a mainstream school or a special needs school/setting!
- Ideal for anyone recently graduated from an Education, Family Support, Criminology, Coaching, Psychology or Child Care based degree!
- Committed, enthusiastic and passionate about providing all learners they work with a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment.
- Keen to learn! Schools are looking for applicants who want to grow in their career and role, be willing to take up training and learn new skills to help them within a learning environment.
