A cover supervisors' main responsibilities are… Deliver pre-planned work set by the class teacher for the day.
Manage classroom behaviour and set expectations across all learners.
Help create an inclusive and controlled learning environment.
Support children across their learning, helping any students struggling with their work or any learning they are faces challenges with.
Ensure all work is completed, and any work not completed or started, is followed up with the class teacher, ready for the next day.
