We are looking for an experienced, organised and flexible Cover Supervisor to join an outstanding special school, supporting children and young people aged 7-19 with complex needs.
The role includes:
- Delivering classroom cover
- Coordinating daily staff cover arrangements
- Supporting and mentoring supply staff
- Promoting safeguarding and positive behaviour
You will need:
- Experience working with children
- Timetable coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation under pressure
- A full driving licence and access to a car, as the school is in a rural location with limited public transport
