The Role:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum

- Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school staff
- Support students' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities where possible
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related field
- Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3/KS4)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for the subject and commitment to student development
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
