About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school in Medway for an experienced and highly organised Examinations Manager to start in March 2026. This is a key post with responsibility for the coordination, administration, and secure delivery of all internal and external examinations. The successful candidate will ensure that examinations are managed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with awarding body regulations.
Working Pattern
- 37 hours per week: 8:00am-4:00pm (3:30pm finish on Fridays)
- Includes a 30-minute lunch break
- Term time plus two additional weeks (aligned with examination results periods)
- Flexible working options available, including some working from home
- Opportunity to take a proportion of annual leave during term time, subject to operational needs

- Manage the full examination cycle, including entries, timetabling, invigilation, results, and ensuring adherence to awarding body regulations
