Are you a passionate, nurturing and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in a warm and welcoming nursery setting?
Our CLient is a community-run, private day nursery located in BD3, dedicated to providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive and develop through play-based learning.
We are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly team on a full-time, term-time only basis.
What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential)

Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Confident in planning, observing, and assessing children's learning and development
-
A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework, Characteristics of Effective Learning, and child-led play

Experience as a Key Person, supporting individual children and maintaining strong parent/carer partnerships

A commitment to safeguarding, promoting wellbeing, and creating an enriching learning environment

Enthusiastic, reliable and a true team player with a love for early years
Your Role Will Include:

Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment in line with EYFS

Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development

Carrying out accurate observations, assessments, and next steps
