We're looking for dedicated Behavioural Support Assistants to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about helping young people thrive and gaining experience for future roles in education, psychology, or youth support.

Behavioural Support Assistant Role:

  • Supporting pupils with SEMH needs
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive behaviour
  • Helping implement behaviour plans and emotional regulation strategies
  • Assisting teachers in maintaining a calm, structured learning environment
  • Building positive relationships to encourage engagement and resilience

Behavioural Support Assistant Requirements:

  • Genuine interest in supporting young people
  • Patient, calm, and proactive
  • Experience or training in behaviour management or manual handling preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with children or young people (desirable)
  • Ideal for aspiring Youth Workers, Behaviour Mentors, Teachers, or Psychologists
