A car driver with access to your own vehicle is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel between multiple partnership sites within the Croydon area.
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with pupils in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), supporting them with their KS3 & KS4 exam preparation. This position is ideal for someone confident working with young people who may present challenging behaviour and require personalised support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 support to pupils within a PRU setting.
- Assist with learning, revision, and exam readiness across KS3 and KS4.
- Implement tailored strategies in collaboration with teachers and SEN staff.
- Travel between partnership sites as needed (driving essential).
- Car driver with access to a personal vehicle - mandatory.
- Previous experience in SEN, PRU, or alternative provision settings.
- Strong knowledge of the KS3 & KS4 curriculum.
- Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with pupils.
