We are looking for an experienced, organised and flexible Cover Supervisor to join an outstanding special school, supporting children and young people aged 7‑19 with complex needs.

The role includes:

  • Delivering classroom cover
  • Coordinating daily staff cover arrangements
  • Supporting and mentoring supply staff
  • Promoting safeguarding and positive behaviour

You will need:

  • Experience working with children
  • Timetable coordination experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisation under pressure
  • A full driving licence and access to a car, as the school is in a rural location with limited public transport
