Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with complex needs? A welcoming and inclusive all-through SEN school in Middlesbrough is seeking compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Support Assistants to join their team as soon as possible. This school caters for children and young people with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), providing a safe, aspirational, and nurturing environment. You'll be joining a highly supportive senior leadership team that values professional development and genuinely invests in its staff.

The Role

  • Provide personal care and tailored support to pupils with complex needs
  • Assist with mobility, feeding, toileting, and communication needs as required
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider support team
  • Help create a positive, engaging learning environment
  • Build trusting, supportive relationships with students to enable their development and wellbeing

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Experience in care, healthcare, complex needs support, or similar
