We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Assistants to join primary schools across Harrogate, Ripon, Knaresborough, with immediate starts available. These full-time, long-term roles offer the potential for a temporary-to-permanent position, providing stability and opportunities for career progression.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Previous experience supporting in a primary school setting, including experience with EAL (English as an Additional Language), Behaviour, and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
- Key Skills: Strong behaviour management and the ability to support students across EYFS to KS2.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing in-class support to students, working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning.
- Supporting children with varying needs, including EAL, behaviour, and SEND.
