Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEMH needs in small groups or on a 1 : 1 basis.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, accessible lessons.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage emotional regulation, social development, and confidence in students.
• Manage behaviour calmly and effectively.
