Veritas Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within a supportive primary school in the Bury area starting in September 2026.

This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants or individuals with transferable experience who are passionate about supporting children in their education and development.

  • Working with small groups and individual pupils to provide additional support
  • Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
  • Helping to create a safe and supportive learning environment

Previous experience working with children (school experience preferred)

Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
