We are seeking an experienced KS2/KS3 Specialist Teacher with QTS to deliver targeted small-group intervention sessions across partnership schools in Bromley.

This role is ideal for a confident practitioner with strong KS2 core subject knowledge, particularly English, Maths, and Science, who is passionate about closing attainment gaps and building pupil confidence.

The Role

  • Deliver structured, high-impact intervention sessions to small groups
  • Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
  • Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and academic skills
  • Monitor progress and provide clear feedback to teaching and intervention staff
  • Work collaboratively with SEN and Intervention teams

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong curriculum knowledge across KS2 and KS3
  • Essential: confident delivery of English, Maths, and Science at KS2
  • Experience supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Available to start at short notice
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
