Agency: Veritas Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-respected secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher. This is a full-time, long-term position commencing in June 2026, offering an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and strong ECTs to secure a rewarding role in a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable), fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student progress in line with national curriculum standards.
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons
- Contribute to departmental planning and wider school life
- Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies in line with DfE guidance
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Science within UK secondary schools
- Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
