1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
We're looking for dedicated, patient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support for children with a variety of additional needs in Bradford.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping pupils thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
The Role
- Provide 1:1 support tailored to the needs of individual pupils
- Work with children with autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, SEMH, learning delays, sensory needs, and other additional needs
- Support pupils in class, during interventions, and through personalised learning activities
- Help create a calm, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
- Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour
